Hey!

After my great succes with 'Silence Before the Hurricane' (thanks everyone!!),
i decided to make a remix of one of the songs from the movie 'Amelie', called 'Comptine d'Un Autre Été'.
It became a Dance-track, although i'm not so good in making them.
Anyway, please listen to it, vote and review it! I'll appreciate it!

Hey guys!

I really often get the question 'how i make my music' or 'which programm do i use for making it'. That's why i made this post so i don't have to tell the same story all over again :p. (Lazy, yeah i know xD)

Actually, my ideas always start behind my piano. Just improvisate some things and than suddenly you have something you might can use. The last time I first have to think about what kind of Theme i want to write about, before i'm beginning to find the right melody and chord progression.
The rest i only do with my programm(s). I don't record something or put some real instruments in it. it's all made of software instruments. Just find the right sounds and than mix it to how you want it to be like. I always use some echos and galms, not too much, just a tiny little bit.

I've a few programms on my computer: Logic (studio and pro), CuBase 4 (whitch doesn't work -.-), and Garageband (standard on the Apple computers). And the funniest thing is: I use most of all GarageBand, just the most simply one of all programms.
But that is making music. Sometimes you can get more out of simple programms than out of the most complicated ones. It's your musical view on how you use those programms in which way. With the one you can make better beats, and with the second you can mix the whole song just better or you have better piano or guitar sounds. Finally it all has just one goal: Just to make the most awesomeness sound out of your song.
